How can you know what it's like to study at a university if your parents, brothers or sisters have never preceded you? Debuut, a Utrecht University programme, pairs primary schoolchildren whose close family did not study at a university with students such as Roshi for six months. "It is important that children know that studying at the university is achievable for everyone." The programme is partly funded by the Right To Learn Fund; one of the named funds of the Utrecht University Fund.
